Weekly Challenge #68: "DuoTangle v.IV: Hybrid/Strircles"

This weeks Diva Challenge combines two tangles...Hybrid and Strircles.  The really challenging part is to use only these two tangles.  What was harder for me was that I really like swirly tangles.  It didn't help that my teacup chihuahua - Zoey decided that the only place she was comfortable was on my lap.  She is so sweet, but it's really hard to draw lines with a tiny little klingon trying to sleep on your arm.  Finally got one finished without her help.  Can't wait to see everyone's challenge!

  1. Beautiful tile and two really cute assistants! My helper of that sort is a 102 lb. lab mix. Those helpers are important to the creative process and yours led you along beautifully!

  5. I usually have a 5 year old trying to sit in my lap! I bet he is more wiggly than your sweet pup. I really like how your tangles weave toghether. They combine to look like beautiful fabric.

  8. This reminds me (for some strange reason!) of a very beautifully tailored, sophisticated, couture wool jacket. It's a very lovely work of art.
